"On-Demand" Educational Programs

WNIN has a variety of programming designed to be used in the classroom. Any teacher or administrator from the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation may request that a program be aired on WNIN ETV Cable 12 on a given weekday.

This channel is available to subscribers of Insight Communications in Vanderburgh and Posey Counties and in Henderson, Ky; and WOW! cable in Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties. The programs may be used live in the classroom or can be taped for later review.

New Educational Games for Interactive Whiteboards

PBS KIDS has launched a collection of interactive SMART Board games for educators. The site offers games for Language Arts, Math, Social Science and a painting game for Art. Students will enjoy participating in these collaborative, fun and engaging experiences, while exploring curriculum from trusted PBS programs such as Curious George, Super Why and Arthur.
