Shorts by High Schoolers (SxHS)
WNIN's Annual High School Film Competition
Shorts by High Schoolers (SxHS) is a short film competition designed as an engaging way to promote the visual arts in our local communities. Each team of 1-4 students will create a short film to be entered into the competition. The competition finalists will be featured in Shorts by High Schoolers, a TV show that will air on WNIN TV 9.1 in Mar/Apr of 2018.
On the TV show, an expert panel of judges will decide which team of high school filmmakers produced the best short film. Each member of the winning team will receive a $1,000 scholarship from his or her choice of either the University of Southern Indiana or the University of Evansville.
