A new graduate studies program at the University of Kentucky is taking a fresh look at cities along the Ohio River. Over the next decade, students from U-K's College of Design will work with cities like Henderson, Paducah, Owensboro, and Louisville to create strategic design proposals to revitalize the communities. The River Cities Project kicks off in Henderson this year, and one of the major projects is re-imagining Henderson's recently retired coal-fired power plant. WNIN's Micah Schweizer visited an exhibit of giant photos of the Henderson Municipal Power and Light plant and has this report.
