Suzanne McCool

Underwriting Account Executive

Suzanne joined WNIN as an Underwriting Account Executive in December of 2023. She recently retired after 15 years with WEHT/WTVW as a Senior Media Consultant. Wishing to stay active in marketing, she came out of retirement to work part-time conveying the benefits of underwriting programming on WNIN radio and television to the Tri-State Business Community. In addition, Suzanne has over 30 years of business-to-business sales experience, and is highly
knowledgeable of marketing and the benefits of using various forms of media, including digital.

Originally from Mississippi, Suzanne moved with her family to Indiana during high school, graduating from James Whitcomb Riley High School in South Bend. She attended the University of Evansville where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs. After graduation, she chose to stay in Evansville, and once meeting her husband Joe, made the Evansville area her forever home. Joe and Suzanne have two daughters, both now living in Clarksville, TN - allowing for frequent visits
to enjoy their four grandchildren.

Throughout her 40 plus years as a resident of the area, Suzanne has been active in many civic organizations in leadership positions and as a volunteer. Currently her community activities include Trotter House of Evansville, Kairos Prison Ministry, and Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Suzanne has always had a passion for working to better the area, and believes firmly in the wonderful qualities the Tri-State area has to offer, including WNIN.

Besides spending time with her daughters and their families, Suzanne enjoys gardening, reading, writing, and travel.
