Carlin has been with WNIN since February of 2002. Originally Director of Finance and Administration, she has been Vice President of Finance and Administration since October of 2005. She is responsible for oversight of station finances and financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance; serves as the staff liaison to the Board of Directors, and oversees Human Resources.

Prior to joining WNIN, Carlin held several other finance and accounting positions in Evansville, and also has experience in sales and retail management. Carlin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, and from the University of Southern Indiana with a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting.

Carlin serves as a board member of PMBA, Public Media Business Association, is Board Vice-Chair, previously served as Board Treasurer, and chairs the Finance 101 task force. She is also a member of the University Of Southern Indiana Accounting Circle, an advisory group for the Accounting & Professional Services program.

A New Orleans native, Carlin has lived in Evansville since 1988, but still misses Louisiana cooking and other traditions, and is an LSU Tiger fan. Carlin is a proud mother of 2 Eagle Scouts, and was active in her sons’ scouting journeys for many years. She enjoys spending time with her 3 young adult children, sewing, working in her yard, and the outdoors.
